Made with flaked rice in the mash and rice syrup in the boil, to create a crisp and ultra dry lager, light bodied and thirst quenching. Hopped with Hallertau Blanc, giving an aromatic white wine  character, passionfruit and gooseberries on the nose, and a slight tartness that only increases its drinkability.
